All portrait sessions are custom designed individually for each client. Whether it’s glamour, personal branding, family or otherwise, we will create a portrait session and a day of fun just for you!

STEP 1:

Chat, Studio Tour & Consultation

I will contact you and answer your preliminary questions. Then, you are invited to schedule a complimentary tour and consultation at my modern, beautiful studio in Saint Paul.  We will chat, you can look around, we can discuss wardrobe, we can discuss your ideas and you can view the beautiful products offered for your custom images.  You are under no obligation to book a session during or after our visit, and I am happy to answer any questions! It’s just a chance for us to get to know each other and decide if I’m the right photographer for you.

STEP 2:

Scheduling Your Portrait Session

I am currently scheduling sessions Monday through Friday, with some weekend availability (for an upcharge).  Weekend sessions are limited so if you require a weekend, be sure to contact me for availability and book soon.

Sessions start around 10 to 11am, depending on the size of the group.  Session fees are due at the time of booking.

STEP 3:

Your Wardrobe Session

I recommend scheduling your complimentary wardrobe session about 2 weeks before your portrait day. We will talk about wardrobe at the time of your consultation so that you can plan your outfits ahead of time, but I also have extensive wardrobe available through the studio at no extra charge.  I encourage you to take advantage of the complimentary wardrobe session prior to your session date so that we can review what you have and look at / try on my wardrobe items that may work for you. 

STEP 4:

It’s Portrait Day!

This is your day!  You will receive information on how to prepare and what to bring with you prior to your session date.  We will confirm you arrival time and answer any last minute questions.

Upon arrival, you will settle in and we’ll get started with hair and makeup.  Your hair & makeup artist will consult with you to decide what makeup and hair style you want, and once you have approved your final look, we will move into your portrait session and get you comfortable.  I promise I will do my best to guide you every step of the way and help you feel comfortable and beautiful!  My goal is for us to really get to know each other and have some fun and laughs while making you feel like a celebrity!

You’ll be looking and feeling fabulous when we’re done, so be sure to plan a dinner or night out to round out this exciting day!

STEP 5:

Reveal & Purchasing Session

We will schedule your reveal approximately 2-3 weeks after your portrait session where you will view your images and make your selections.  Products are sold separately with images starting at $275 and packages starting at $1500. With every print purchased, you will receive a complimentary matching digital negative plus a print release. You only purchase what you love, it’s entirely up to you. There will be no hard sales pitch and there is no minimum purchase! I do offer payment plans as well.
